Barber
Alex J

Alex – originally from Cleveland, he found his passion for barbering at just 14, cutting hair for friends and family. What started as a hobby quickly became a lifelong craft fueled by his love for working with his hands, creating, and helping others feel their best.
In 2023, Alex and his longtime partner sold their home and moved to Colorado in search of new opportunities and the perfect place to start their family. Since then, they’ve embraced everything the state offers — from Avalanche games and local markets to mountain trails and festivals.
Alex earned his Colorado barbering certification from Emily Griffith Technical College, where he refined his technique and deepened his understanding of hair design and client care. He’s known for his precision, consistency, and the authentic relationships he builds with each client.

Brady R

I’m a Colorado native with a lifelong connection to the barbering industry. My grandfather was a barber for over 60 years, so I truly grew up in barbershops—watching, learning, and developing a deep respect for the craft and the relationships built behind the chair. I graduated from IBMC College in 2024 and have been working in Windsor for the past year, continuing to refine my skills and build lasting connections with my clients. I’m a big sports fan (just not the Broncos or Avalanche!), a proud dog lover, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping people feel confident and refreshed when they leave my chair. For me, barbering isn’t just about the haircut—it’s about the experience, the conversation, and making sure every client walks out feeling better than when they walked in.
